Right, synching up with milestones is a good way to get into a rhythm of
regular updates rather than waiting until the deadline is at hand.  We're
doing this with a number of other things now for the same reasons.

There will always be some exceptions, and if they affect the documentation
then we'll offer a quick turnaround on any necessary review.
