Ok, I've tried just directly incorporating the Gnome user-guide into the
desktop guide, and it works really well I think. Have a look at the
desktopguide now in our svn.
What do people think?
There are some overlaps which we would have to work out...
getting-started.xml and config-desktop.xml would need to be removed,
although there are a couple of sections that would need to be preserved
(root-and-sudo is one prominent example).
Also translation is an issue - there are not a lot of translations of
the Gnome user-guide so those sections will appear untranslated, unless
the translators make the effort to translate the user-guide upstream.
