Exporting and uploading the Contribute doc

Hi team,

I've run out of things to add to the Contribute doc, therefore I'll
consider this draft complete, and request comments:

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/ContributeToUbuntu

Would someone with commit access (Matthew?) please export the document
and upload it to the repository, so I can check if the DocBook export
checks out okay?

All comments and edits are welcome. Since there has been so relatively
little discussion on this, I expect that nobody has any objections to
the form and size of the document. If there are, now is the time to say so.
