David,

You have totally missed the point several times over. I think we have 
tolerated pretty well up until this point, but enough is enough. Good 
documentation doesn't simply appear out of thin air, the documentation 
as it exists has been the work of several volunteers over the coarse of 
more then 12 months hard work.

To simply imply that you know better then all of us is a joke, please 
put your code where your mouth is and provide patches that implement 
everything you are trying to discuss.
