Yes, I am always tempted by Perfect Bound. Re: size, I don't really have
a view, let's see what everything thinks.

I'm afraid this is all much too complicated. We're going to be uploading
all our guides, not just the desktop guide, and we'll need a really
simple cover which we can easily use for all these. Here's this done
well (although I'm not crazy about the colour ;D) -

You've misunderstood this a bit: we're not thinking of adding in any
post-freeze screenshots. "Colour" simply means coloured admonition icons
(warning, note, etc) and blue links.

Sorry, don't know what you mean. I was talking about improving the
formatting of the PDF files, things like margins, headings, fonts, and
so on.

Do you mean remove them from Lulu when the release is retired? This
sounds relatively sensible. We'll probably be doing that with the
documents on the website too.
