Hi all,

So I'm happy that Jane is ok with the Lulu idea. We need to sort a few
things out.

1. Style of book - there are lots of different types of paperback and
hardback and various sizes on offer [1]. I think that hardback is not
realistic in terms of pricing. So it's a choice between the various
paperbacks, which all cost the same. What are people's views about which
we should pick?

2. Size - Obviously, we need to decide which is the right size, and
adjust the fonts in the documents accordingly.

3. Cover art - we should probably approach the art team about cover art.
Maybe they can help us out by 

4. Colour - do we want to include colour in the pdfs? It costs a certain
amount extra per colour page, so we might want to think about limiting
it to black and white, except for the cover page. If so, we might need
to have a look at some alternative admonition icons (possibly the art
team could help us with those too)

5. PDFs - some refining still needs to be done on the pdfs, like
including subsection numbers and playing around a bit with the fonts.
Any suggestions about formatting of the pdfs, please let me know.

Can anyone think of anything else we need to think about? ;)
