To my mind if there is no title on the second section of the TOC, there
is little indication of what on earth is going on in that second
section.

Yeah, the word "Other" does suck, but to be honest, the current help
system is organised in such a way as to make it necessary, I think. I
quite like "Other Documentation Categories" as a title.
