I copied the shell of the Adept spec from the spec I did for the KQuickGuide 
and just did a quick skim replacing 'Kubuntu Quick Guide' with 'Adept User 
Guide', and some minor edits where they stuck out.  It is certainly possible 
that the spec gives the wrong idea about the document at this point as it is 
not finished.

I think the goal of the Adept User Guide is to be a doc similar to the 
Kynaptic User Guide, however, as always, I am open to suggestions and anyone 
is free to contribute.
