I'm not sure.  Either we use intltool like ubuntu docs do or we dig
out the scripts from KDE's l10n/scripts and use them.  I'm not sure
what's compatible with KDE but the first sounds easier.

Yes, I've uploaded KDE's gettext to NEW and KDE packages will be
translated from after the libstdc++ transition (which is tomorrow
hopefully).

I also updated the stylesheet for the web stuff to match the offline
one.

I'm wondering if I should try and get the docs to work using meinproc
since that seems to be what the KDE stylesheets are designed for (see
the <FILENAME> tags at the top of the offline .html files).

I think the documents should be renamed to get rid of the k's at the
start of their names and the Makefile targets shouldn't use such
confusing acronyms.

I've removed the kynaptic document.  What other documents in there can
be removed to tidy things up?
