Wiki submission license, credits, and policy.

And if that license was also a by-sa, then it applies. That should be a

It may be clearer to think of it as me1 who wrote the documentation, and
me2 that thought it would be a good idea to also put it on the Ubuntu
wiki. me2 copied said documentation to the wiki. Perhaps I should get
someone else to do the me2 part.

Well, existing docs are a mix of all rights reserved, and the cc by-sa,
but I'll relicence the non by-sa ones to a by-sa as I update them.
I'll revert the small credits on the doc that prompted this question
when I fix some small mistakes, and add new section to it (RSI pain
permitting, that will be this weekend)

Fair enough, but I haven't seen any objections, just me seeking further
clarification, of which I am currently satisfied with.
