docs for installing new Thunderbird builds

Hi,

I added a how-to for installing new versions & trunk builds of 
Thunderbird to the wiki:

It was inspired by a similar page for Firefox (FirefoxNewVersion), so I 
posted about it on a thread about that page -- it was subsequently added 
to the Document Storage Facility:
