Adding Kubuntu-Docs into Rosetta for translation

Not at the moment. It doesn't take much. The reason they weren't
uploaded is because they did not freeze with ubuntu-docs before Breezy.
If you think it is a good idea to translate kubuntu-docs for breezy, and
someone is prepared to do upload them when done in an -update, we can
sort it out.
