2 issues in quick guide

Hi,
	The first is, in the preface of the quick guide, under the code
conventions subheading, the last line in the text refers to an 'example
below', which doesn't exist.
	The 2nd, which is just a typo, is in the 'version and release numbers'
section, first paragraph, where the version number for hoary is '5.40'
instead of '5.04'.
	I hope this is the right place to be posting this, was originally gonna
file it in bugzilla.
