Wiki disaster

Hey all,

I just noticed that the FrontPage of the wiki is down once again. What
the wiki gave me was:

FrontPage is out definitely so it may have been accidentally deleted.

I'm sure these things happen as accidents but is it possible to have
tighter access control on the FrontPage at least?
