Could someone be kind and explain what this +1 above means. Someone
expressed his opinion of an issue here saying something like "seconded
for Hoary +1" and I quickly thought that he meant "for the next release
after hoary". Now I'm beginning to doubt this explanation. Does it mean
more like "one more person here who thinks the same"?
