Release notes item on suspend to RAM

It would probably be good to point out that suspend to RAM is disabled
by default on x86 and unsupported on amd64. Something like:

"ACPI Suspend to RAM is disabled by default on x86 hardware. To enable
it, edit /etc/default/acpi-support and change the second line to read

ACPI_SLEEP=true

then save the file. Note that ACPI sleep is still experimental and may
not work on all hardware.

Suspend to RAM is not currently supported on amd64 machines."
