adding ubuntu-doc to release notes

Ok guys, i added a section about Ubuntu Documentation to the release 
notes. If anyone wants to add/rewrite anything then go for it.

Also check that i have included all contributors. As i said before i 
have just gotten the names from /trunk/common/authors, and if you feel 
you have been missed out then let me know and i can add you.
