adding ubuntu-doc to release notes

Hey guys,

I am going to explain the projects (in the release notes) that the doc 
team has created for Hoary. What would they be?

  - Quick Guide
  - FAQ Guide
  - About Ubuntu
  - Release Notes

Any more/less? I am not 100% on the status of everything...

I will also get contributors from the authors in trunk/common/authors/, 
so if you are not in there, then add yourself now! Or get one of the 
committers to add you (reply to this post).
