OMF/Scrollkeeper

Hello People,

This note is especially for enrico and mdz.

We now have working OMF files for the following:
* About Ubuntu
* Release Notes
* FAQ Guide
* Quick guide

enrico please update the deb packing stuff to install the OMFs for FAQ and QG. 
You already have the About and Release OMFs.

In addition we need to ensure that the OMFs are registered correctly. There 
are command for install and commands for update. See scrollkeeper 
documentation

So far when I register the docs manually I see them under "Other 
Documentation." I think we should have the Ubuntu Docs on the front page of 
Yelp, but I am clueless about how to achieve this. If someone will give me a 
hint I will do it.

enrico: mdz wants to know when you will call the next docteam meeting.
