Dropping CamelCase

Hey All,

Mdke and I just had a dicussion on the channel about dropping
CamelCase. The reason I would want this move is for the following
reasons:

1. CamelCase is not easy to read. If you read anything about how
humans read and how the brain works, we look for shapes. THAT IS WHY
THIS IS ALSO HARD TO READ.

2. CamelCase makes accidental linking too easy. ThisWould be linked,
even if I didn't want it to be.

With the drop of CamelCase, we would also have to make an explicit
link marker. I think that [[link]] is best, due to standardization
with that other wiki engine.
