That's awesome work Daniel. I personally think it is a good deal more
work than a couple of hours tho, but your work has made this job very
doable! It should suffice to do text searches for all the names of the
icons (e.g.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IconsPage?action=fullsearch&context=180&value=IconNote.png&fullsearch=Text ) and then replacing them as you describe. Based on my experience from the previous initiative this will take a while, but if we have many hands doing it (perhaps we can split different icons between us?), then its more than achievable.
