KDE Make Targets

Hello,

For people working on Kubuntu. Please not that the following make targets are 
now available. To run any of these targets your pwd should be /kde/

make status (status reports)
make kug (kubuntu user guide)
make kqg (kubuntu quick guide)
make krn (kubuntu release notes)
make kak (about kubuntu)

To run all these targets with a single command do
make kall

All output is to /build/kde/

Images are not working.

If people could test these targets it would be appreciated.
