FAQ guide patch

Hi,

This is my first attempt at Docbook and editing the Ubuntu 
documentation, so I kept my changes small. Note that the FAQ guide 
doesn't open properly in yelp (I used /xmlto html faqguide.xml /then 
opened it up in firefox to check my work instead) and due to my lack of 
experience I don't know how to fix it. The error that constantly cycles 
down the screen is:

No translation available for string 'Q:'.

Attached is my patch for the faq guide.
