[ANNOUNCE] OUTLINE TO KUBUNTU USER GUIDE

Hello,

For all authors interested in contributing to Kubuntu User Guide an outline 
has been added to svn. See kde/kuserguide/C/

Comments to outline wanted. I would like to finalize this by the end of the 
week and will be adding more between now and then.

There is one big question to which we are waiting an answer. Riddell has a 
Technical Board meeting to install KOffice instead of OpenOffice. Other than 
that there may also be a new version of KDE.

The KDE 3.4.2 release is scheduled: 
- upstream tagging will happen on 20th July 2005.
- release date is Wednesday, 27th July 2005.

Comments, additions, patches welcome from everyone.
