In general, we need to finalize the outline, and then fill in the blanks.

I have updated http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/StyleGuideDiscussion
with more explicit information, and added the current contents of
introduction.xml to StyleGuideDiscussion. (introduction.xml is in the
style guide section of the repos)
