Friendly Descriptions for Init Scripts

Hello all, 

A friend of mine (Cc:) who is working on a gui frontend for organising init 
scripts posted to the devel list recently to ask for help in developing some 
user friendly descriptions of what each init script does.

As you can see, the devel guys pointed him to us to help out. The work in 
progress is here: please can people help add init scripts to the table, and 
amend the descriptions to make them uber-userfriendly:

Also, if anyone can figure out what's wrong with the table, please fix!
