+ This patch comments out the Backports and Marillat repositories, both
known to cause problems with Ubuntu. This unfortunately means that the
"how to install J2SE" section will need to be rewritten (following the
wiki page on the subject maybe) and that these applications/packages are
no longer installable:

Flash Player
Acroread
Azureus
Amule
LimeWire
w32codecs
gstreamer0.8-lame
libdvdcss2
dvd::rip
Pan
RSSOwl
transcode (dvdrip depends but not on ubuntu repos, see
http://packages.ubuntu.com/)

These sections have been commented out also.

Why has this been done? As mentioned, these repos cause problems with
Ubuntu, many times people have had to help others fix problems caused by
them in #ubuntu. I feel that if this guide is to be released with Breezy
we need to err on the side of caution and not mention things that could
break peoples systems. There is no reason why parts (such as J2SE)
couldn't be rewritten properly and included.

This also serves to highlight what needs rewriting also.

+ How to install Boot-Up Manage has an invalid link, commented out for now

Feel free to discuss :)
