Fwd: Dropping CamelCase

I put forward another good reason for making links explicit:

It is much easier to figure out where a link is. Observe:

1. The [[happy frog]] jumped over the brown dog.

2. The HappyFrog jumped over the brown dog.

If somebody knows nothing about markup, the 1st is clearly something
happening, the 2nd, you are not entirely certain (Why does FooFoo
become a link)
