"About Ubuntu" page

Hello,

I asked Matt Zimmerman to add some wishes to
https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/AboutUbuntuPage, and he did.

All seems to be quite straightforward, but now that the page has been
assimilated in the rest of the documentation I have no idea on how to
proceed.  Could someone help me?
