Uninstall Ubuntu Doc?

Doc List,
Is there a doc explaining in how-to fashion, of how to cleanly uninstall 
Ubuntu? I am about to attempt this (perhaps just wiping the partition?) 
so I can reinstall with my Ubuntu CD, and take notes for my Windows 
2000/XP Dual Boot doc that has been on hold for a while.

Please note I have no idea what svn or repository or DocBook is, so I've 
just been looking on the wiki.

Any simple explanation would be greatly appreciated!
