QuickGuide description and status page

Hello,

I finally created the QuickGuide description and status page (Bug 5075):

  http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/QuickGuide

I tried to write in it things from the Hoary Documentation Goals BOF, my
memory of it and the further discussion I can remember.

The page probably needs some review; also, since it happens to have a
clear deadline, it would probably be time for a team to be built around
it, some milestones to be set, this sort of things.

The screenshot translation issue remains open: I'll try to work that out
with Mako.
