Packaging works!

Hello all!

I'm happy and proud to announce that .deb packaging now works, and it's
quite cool!

To try it out:

  go in the trunk
  svn update
  svn export . /tmp/ubuntu-doc-0.1
  cd /tmp
  tar zcvf ubuntu-docs_0.1.orig.tar.gz ubuntu-doc-0.1
  cd ubuntu-doc-0.1
  debuild
  
It'll generate some packages for you.  You can install them and enjoy
html documentation in
/usr/share/doc/{ubuntu-docs,ubuntu-faqguide,ubuntu-quickguide}, as well
as yelp-accessible documentation in /usr/share/ubuntu-docs/C/*

TODO things:
 - Fix the Build-Depends
 - Move images that are not shared from the ubuntu-docs package to the
   package they belong to (this will make ubuntu-docs quite small, and
   quickguide quite big, as it should be)
 - Register the documentation in scrollkeeper and docbase

But the biggest part is done: HOORAY!
