What's missing for Hoary release?

I was asking myself what is missing for Hoary release.

This is what I reckon should be shipped with Hoary:

 - FAQ Guide
   The work is complete
 - Quick Guide
   Screenshots are all taken, help is needed on writing sections
 - About Ubuntu page
   Can we consider it complete?
 - Release notes
   Nick is working on it

Nothing has been been packaged yet.  Sivan, Chris, do you still intend
to take care of the packaging?
