#ubuntu-doc report for 2005-02-01, 02 and 03

Nothing new in IRC, except a little chatting about the repository
migration.

I take the opportunity to remember people that there will be problems
accessing the repository on monday because of the migration,

Also, so far only one person sent me the data to have the account on the
new one: hurry up!
