Server Guide - Windows Networking

Hi,

I am going to submit what I have written thus far as a patch for the  
Windows Networking section of the Server Guide.

There are still a couple parts to be addressed, and so I am seeking  
feedback on those, primarily from the Server Guide leads.

Ideally, I am mostly on target here, and just need a bit more  
fleshing out of the details, focus, and perhaps a better  
understanding of Docbook to say the least! ;-)
