Need faq guide for a while

It's just b/c the faqguide is being split into different (smaller)
files. I started this  yesterday and rob will finish it up. Rob has
time to work on it a lot over the next two days but does not have svn
access. For example, I don't want to make changes in fagquide.xml to
java b/c java will not even be in that file anymore, it will be in
java.xml which is blank atm. It just seems easier to not have two
people working on the file while its being split into smaller files :)
