Write to Jeff Waugh (jeff.waugh at ubuntu.com) to ask about opening mailing
lists. If he is not willing to open a list for this project, you can
easily set up a free mailing list (http://www.freelists.org is a good
one), or simply use this list: if you use this list, it may be that more
people will be able to contribute to your project.
