Help with status of docteam tools

Hi All,

I don't wish to re-open discussion on doc-team tools, just looking for
clarification to make sure I understand what's going on. If I've decoded
the discussion correctly then:

   * svn and baz are both version control systems. 

   * There may be a migration to baz.

   * moin-moin has already replaced zwiki.

   * doc-book will remain the semantic mark-up.


So I should keep my sources in doc-book to maximize portability. Do
tools exist to convert from doc-book to moin-moin? If so can someone
point me to them and instructions?
