wiki Front Page

There are lost of proposed changes to front page - there is a new
front page link with something that will go live soon.  Have a look
and add what you thing is nessesery.

The general idea of the design is that new users can find stuff easily
- there was a contence section - c
http://wiki.ubuntulinux.org/NewFrontPage.  It all worked very well in
the old wiki.....
