Wiki's been locked very soon

Hello,

Elmo's trying to lock the wiki as I write.

Then, SteveA will go though RecentChanges and move the pages.

Everyone stops updating the pages now.

This transition has been as messy as it could get,  When it finishes I'm
planning to write a feedback mail pointing at things that could be
improved if and when next similar refactorings take place.

More will follow shortly about subscribing to the new wiki.
