Draft kind of there

Have done a bit more on http://wiki.ubuntulinux.org/NewFrontPage.  For
sme reason the flags have gone wrong and I am sure I have introduced a
few spelling mistakes typos  If someone could give it the once over that
would be good.  BTW I am Dyslexic - I have a certificate to prove it;)

I noticed the 'Please discuss any changes' bit has been put on its own
line rather than having it at the end of the paragraph.  I am kool with
this but aware of the amount of space it is now taking up - it is in
bold - what u lot recon?
