Yes, and its good people are putting work in.  I think we need to make
it more obvious what the process should be.  I have added 'Please
discuss major/structural changes to this page on Documentation Email
list.' to the top of the DocumentationArea. Hopefully people will do
this ;) I think we need something smiler on the front page.
