      Many works had already begun, however it seems most of it is
disorganized, scattered and looks more like random bits. We need a
leader, who'd be the common authority point of collaboration, who'd
centeralize things, outline his long term documentation plan and make
sure decisions are made in accordance with the Ubuntu's Code Of
