I agree that something needs to be written on "How to do things the
Debian way", but do we know if this doc already exist.  We don't want to
rewrite a masterpiece here.  We just want to help people get the right
information be it, we write it or not.  I myself am a newbie to debian,
having used Gentoo for a couple of years.
