There's already been an ongoing discussion about making the wiki only a 
sketch pad for thought, last minute notes etc.

I wish we could include all documentation we approve under the help 
button - or yelp, the gnome help browser, which might very well support 
the user when he has no internet connection.

Is this something clsoe to what you thought of?
