Idea for Newsletter

If you want regular weekly publication, I'd be happy to either include
this as a section of Ubuntu Traffic or to link to it in a high profile
way. I'll need it by Tuesday morning by the latest if it's going to
make it into UT.

I'm not partial to the name for the reasons Matt Zimmerman pointed
out. It is kind of cute though. :)
