Front page - subtopics off the FrontPage

Hiya

On our new shiny front page - we have: Following is a list of the pages 
in this wiki.

it makes the front page look enormous and may put our users off. We've 
spent so much time clearing up the front page...
and we have made the main links high level, so that users can get to the 
subtopics easily.

My suggestion is that we add WikiSubTopics and the user can get to the 
full list of subtopics here.

If no-one objects, could you make that happen Alex?
