Hi Sparkes

As with all fledglings - things take a little time to gather momentum.

Thank you for your input so far and we are sad to see you go when the
pace is starting to move.

The best thing about a community is that people come from all walks of
life, express themselves in different ways and culturally are
colourful. An honest approach is also good. One thing is certain -
people are keen to help and everyone has their way of doing so.

Tolerance is certainly required when we are dealing with lots of people
all around the globe - everyone with a different map of the world and
experience of life. Sometimes what is right for one person may not be so
for another, as we all know well.

Sometimes there is a lack of consensus and the feeling that you are
hitting your head against a brick wall when people don't make decisions
and move forward. I think the meeting went very well - we have a lot of
action points and things being done and people volunteering to do so.

We do hope, when you do have time, any time, you will pop back and help
where you can. Your input is and has been greatly appreciated.

all the best
Lu
