There's something like that, but unfortunately not as much as you would
expect: sessions here are organized in form of BOFs, which are basically
very focused workshops in which people meet to solve a specific problem.
BOFs are organized like discussions in which people just raise a hand
and speak their ideas.  As such, it's messy to do videos or audio
recordings, and people come without slides but rather with problems and
ideas.

You can however find notes of the various BOFs at the
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/ConfAgenda website, where BOF titles are turning
into links to BOF notes as soon as BOFs are finished and notetakers have
done their jobs.
