The sad fact is that for a while now, I've simply stopped pushing to the
ubuntu: branch when I add quilt patches.  I just don't trust myself to get it
right (if it's even possible ;).  I'll always upload the new package and let
the importer deal with the fallout.

The .pc/ directory is a constant source of pain when using UDD+quilt.  Some
things did get better last cycle, but I think a lot more needs to be done to
make this really smooth and usable for UDD+quilt.
